Released two years after their debut, "We Go Up" is the second mini-album by NCT Dream, following their last EP "We Young" a year after.
Mark also participated in the writing of three tracks on this album, and Chenle also helped in writing the lyrics for the Mandarin version of the main track.
This album was the unit's first major release to feature Jaemin since their debut single "Chewing Gum" in August 2016; following his medical hiatus since early 2017.
